IS THIS A SERIOUS QUESTION? WHAT DRESS?! I NEVER GOT A DRESS!

This was a complete scam and I WILL NEVER order from Mia Bambina Boutique nor allow anyone I care about to order from this place! My order was placed with ample time! I was contacted by Elena 2 weeks prior to my daughter's wear date stating the dress was completed and would be shipped directly to me! I tried to contact her for 2 weeks! Up until 3 days before wear date and got NO RESPONSE (EMAIL/PHONE)! THEN WHEN SHE DECIDED TO ANSWER TELLS ME "Italy must have not seen her note and shipped my dress in bulk order to CANADA"! SHE THEN WANTED ME TO SELECT ANOTHER DRESS BECAUSE OF HER DROPPING THE BALL! I am beyond annoyed and frustrated having to even relive this whole situation to fill out this survey! But I want to WARN ANYBODY who is considering to order from this place DON'T!!!! My daughters communion was almost ruined and Elena wanted me to "move the date!" The date of a sacrament! RIDICULOUS! I am awaiting my money back in full so I can delete this horrible situation from my memory!

I ordered a communion dress for my daughter. The dress was absolutely stunning!! The detail on the dress is amazing and the material is top notch. Although the dress was too big, Elena was helpful and sent out a smaller dress in record time. Not only are the dresses beautiful, the customer service is 5 star.

Great dress, but sizing off, and selling lacks quality service

So ultimately, we are in love with this dress. It is beautiful and the quality is what you would expect for the price. With that being said, the dress runs very small. Despite ordering the size recommended based on my daughter's measurements, it is at least one size too small and we are having massive alterations done so she can wear it (a testament to how beautiful the dress is). I am doubtful I would order from this seller again. Besides a single email telling me I would get an email notification when our order shipped, the seller refused to respond to emails (I was looking for information that would let me know if the dress was likely to arrive in time and with time for alterations if needed and whether they also sold the hair piece shown in the photographs of the dress... I understand it can be hard to pin down an exact timeframe on when items like this will be completed but a simple response that gave me some info. on recent turn around times would have been appreciated.) I expect better customer service when I spend this much on a child's garment so, this retailer isn't for me.
