Dress Rentals – Terms & Conditions (US & Canada)
1) Service Area
Dress Rental and Pre-Order to Rent services are available in the USA and Canada only.
2) Rental Term
The standard rental term is up to 10 days (see Return & Late section).
3) Delivery Timeframes

In-stock rentals: typically 5–10 days to deliver.

Pre-Order to Rent: usually 8–10 weeks to deliver (production + transit).
4) Rental Price Display
The regular rental price (up to 10 days) is displayed on the product page under the SKU.
5) Payment & Security Deposit (How it works)
To rent, please checkout at the full retail price. This acts as your refundable deposit.
When the dress is returned on time and in acceptable condition, we refund your deposit minus the posted rental fee and any optional/additional charges (e.g., expedited shipping).
6) Return Label Included
A prepaid return label is provided with the dress. After your event, simply place the dress back in the garment bag/box and ship it back using that label.
7) Cleaning
Do not wash or dry-clean the dress. Cleaning is on us. Just return the dress after use.
8) Condition on Return
Please ensure the dress is returned free of damage (see Damage/Loss section). Light, normal wear from trying on or one-time wear is acceptable.
9) Minor Alterations
Small, temporary adjustments are permitted (e.g., a quick pickup of the skirt or a train bustle using removable stitches). No cutting, hemming, gluing, taping, dyeing, or permanent changes.
