The Klaipeda Dress is a ruffled princess gown with bow decor on the shoulders. It features an abundance of ruffles, each layer more voluminous than the last.

The bodice is decorated with a unique pattern of overlapping circles in different sizes. Embellished with shiny beads and sequins, these circles form a captivating mozaic on a semi-transparent mesh. On the shoulders, delicate bows made of soft tulle stand out. These bows with long tails gracefully fall down the arms. An embellished belt at the waist adds definition to the silhouette.

The dress's most breathtaking feature is a voluminous, multi-layered skirt. It begins with finer, more delicate ruffles at the top that gradually increase in size. Comprising several tiers of cascading tulle, each layer of ruffles subtly transitions into the next, creating a beautiful waterfall effect. 

The overall design, from the detailed beadwork on the bodice to the flowing layers of the skirt, suggests a dress fit for special occasions, such as weddings, pageants, or grand celebrations.
